Salary Range: $88,923 - $92,670 + Attractive Superannuation

The Program Delivery Office (PDO) is an integral part of the ICT Delivery and Chief Information Officer Branches and administers governance across all projects, including:

- Provides management and delivery guidance
- Administers governance across programs/projects
- Provides support for work-stream delivery
- Coordinates regular reporting to stakeholders
- Identifies and removes obstacles for project/program execution

Governance plays a critical role in delivery, providing the structure, processes and decision-making framework necessary to ensure that projects are effectively planned, executed and controlled.

**Duties**
- Tracking and monitoring the reporting process on the CIO/ICT Delivery branch enhancements and projects
- Provide support in the preparation of status and progress reports for governance boards and maintenance of governance reporting documentation
- Support program and project governance boards, providing secretariat services, collating and managing the preparation of agendas, coordinating and quality assuring papers, writing minutes and recording key discussion points and action items
- Liaise with and provide advice and guidance to stakeholders regarding the requirements for governance reporting, committee processes, papers and meeting outcomes
- Prepare correspondence, written reports, publications, and briefs that are informative and aligned with agency requirements, to respond to Agency and/or Government requests
- Support project managers by reviewing project artefacts to improve quality for board consumption
- Ensure that all project artefacts and reporting documentation are recorded and stored appropriately
- Research analysis and undertake other supporting activities to deliver project outcomes as required.

**Eligibility**
- Under section 22(8) of the Public Service Act 1999, employees must be Australian citizens to be employed in the Australian Public Service (APS).
