Our innovative Residential Services directorate is focused on providing a range of best-practice services in the community including innovative supported living, residential aged care, and the provision of service support and accommodation for retirees to maintain lifestyle, community, and independence while ageing.

About the role - Rostering Administrator

We are looking for Rostering Administrator who will be the first point of contact for all rostering and enquiries from clients and support workers for the provision of services provided by genU Supported Independent Living. This Office operates from Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm and has on-call supports in place. Working in a fast-paced environment, creating real change for clients to remain living independently in their homes and community.

Some of your main responsibilities:

- Coordinate client carer schedules on a daily basis to ensure all clients receive the services they have requested
- Provide effective and efficient day-to-day rostering support to clients, families and carers, therefore providing assistance to people to maintain their independence, quality of life and reach their goals
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner
- Ensure the seamless delivery of services through timely transfer of information and communication to appropriate information systems and staff
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team

About You

To be successful in this role it is a requirement that you have:

- Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or similar relevant qualification/experience
- Experience working with people in the human services sector or customer service roles
- Experience where telephone communication was the primary communication with clients and/or employees
- Must have or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Must have or be willing to complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You'
