Looking for a Rostering/Payroll Administrator for a 3-month Temporary role

Hays are proud to be working with a Tasmanian Not-For-Profit specialising in community, aged care and disability support services. The organisation offers unique, modern and personalised support. An award-winning NDIS provider, this leading organisation is seeking temporary Rostering/Payroll administrator to join the team.

**Your new role**

As a Rostering/Payroll Administrator, you’ll utilise your existing skills and services to assist with the transformation of systems for the company. This role will ensure employee and participant rosters are maintained to the legal standard using modern software.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Along with your strong previous work history you’ll also have:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
- A highly strategic approach to your work
- Capacity to work flexibly and manage tasks
- A proactive and forward-thinking nature
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal) and a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of Various Software systems are preferable
