Novelty Vending Global is an exciting new automated retail business. We combine the fun of cool toys and games, shopping centres and vending machines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in client communication and maintain positive relationships with existing clients
- Handle data entry, document preparation, and maintain organized filing systems.
- Support the team in various administrative and operational tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in administrative roles highly regarded.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
