**About The Role**

As the Administration Officer you will support the operations of the site by providing administrative support to ensure all clerical processes run efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

- General administrative support to the Site Manager and Recycling Manager as directed.
- Managing the site-based administration associated with retail operations, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation, deposits, and data entry (Sage Evolution and KOFAX).
- Manage the development and coordination of rosters and provision of payroll data.
- Develop and deliver toolbox talks to employees and ensure employees are trained and equipped to perform their roles.
- Ensure a safe work environment and assist with Health & Safety audits, risk assessments, Safe Work Procedures and generating compliance reports.
- Order and maintain office supplies, PPE and associated record keeping.
- General retail assistance as required including till operation, customer service, merchandising, and monitoring store safety.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to supported employees, providing leadership during incidents or periods of distress.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft programs at an advanced level.
- A high level of interpersonal and communication skills to develop strong, supportive relationships with diverse groups and deal with sensitive issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, to ensure clear and concise information is developed and presented.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional Administration Assistant role.
- Possession of a current driver’s licence.
- Personal presentation to a high standard.
- Committed to undertaking the relevant Security Check(s) and be issued with and hold a Positive Notice Card during employment with Endeavour Foundation.
