The Project Officer, Portfolio Utilisation and Relocations will work with the Portfolio Utilisation and Relocations Manager in the coordination and support of a range of multi-disciplinary consultancies involved in design, documentation and project delivery of the portfolio utilisation and relocations functions of the Big Housing Build. The role involves management of project delivery, including procurement processes, budget and cash flow management, reporting and risk management. The role involves maintaining collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
The Project Officer will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders under the direction of the Portfolio Utilisation and Relocations Manager to ensure a well-planned and communicated relocation program is delivered. The position requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of housing allocation, tenancy management, asset management and community need.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Provide project support including the preparation of reports, submissions, briefings, or correspondence as required.
- Assist with developing and maintaining evaluation tools to monitor the relocations program, including working in spreadsheets and databases.
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach. Work in partnership with the Divisional Housing Offices to source and facilitate the allocation of vacant properties for relocation purposes, update on any relocations within their local area.
