Portfolio Coordinator

We are looking for our next PMO Portfolio Coordinator to join the team and be part of this exciting business transformation for the next 2 Years.
Reporting to the Manager, Portfolio Management and Delivery Assurance the Portfolio Coordinator is responsible for various governance services to the Portfolio Management Office, providing advice, resolving issues and driving outcomes specific to the Continual Service Improvement of the PMO Office.
The Portfolio Coordinator gathers, analyses and interprets data to support project activities and objectives and develop strong working relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely response.
**What we are looking for**:
- Demonstrated experience in Business, Portfolio, Program or Project Management, Change Management, or Information Technology.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand issues, needs and motivations of others and establish trust and mutual respect in supporting others and providing information and decisions in a sensitive and considerate manner.
- Experience with an organisation that has completed a Digital Transformation would be advantageous.
The Building Systems Technology division is responsible for the delivery of a large digital transformation uplift across the organisation. The digital transformation uplift will renew and consolidate systems and develop a capability for the VBA to use data surveillance and analytics.
