Annual salary of $78,893 - $84,618 + Statutory Superannuation

The Role

This exciting position plays a pivotal role connecting the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters to the community.

As the Service Officer, you are responsible for delivering professional and high-quality service and information to the Council’s Citizens. This involves responding to enquiries and requests, providing information on the Council’s many programs, services and facilities and, where possible, resolving Citizen’s concerns. This role also requires a high attention to detail and accuracy completing tasks such as processing payments.

About You

To be successful in this position you will be passionate about providing excellent service, are proactive and possess the following skills and experience:

- Excellent communication and service skills
- Ability to problem solve
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience working in customer service
- A desire to join a positive, customer-focused team

Knowledge and experience in Local Government will be beneficial to your success in this role.
