**About You**
- You hold a degree qualification in Accounting, Business or Commerce.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven capacity to draft briefings, project documentation, and reports.
- You have demonstrated financial management, business partnering and capital budgeting skills.
- You have an understanding of the process of Strategic Asset Management and Asset Management Planning.

**What you'll be doing**
- Reporting to the Manager Capital Works & Asset Management, the Business Manager, Capital Works provides the financial management and financial reporting for the Central Coast Local Health District’s (the District) capital program.
- You will also develop business cases and briefing documents to the executive leadership team and the Ministry of Health for capital submissions. The position plays a significant role in the development and implementation of the District’s Strategic Asset Management and the Asset Management Plan.
- The Business Manager will work collaboratively with the capital works team in the achievement of core project and business outcomes. You will provide an essential project support role in the delivery of capital works, including interactions with divisional business partners across the district.
- The position will also manage project budget development, monitoring of projects against budgets and financial reporting, including capital reporting and capital forecast. The Business Manager will also support the governance of capital procurement activities within the District.
