Key Responsibilities
  • Legislative Analysis: Develop and maintain knowledge of legislation relevant to the business, ensuring that documentation, reporting, and analysis align with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Business Process Improvement: Support the identification, analysis, and documentation of business processes, systems, and other functional and non-functional requirements to drive digital product and service improvements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build effective relationships with stakeholders and users to understand and analyze business problems, ensuring that business requirements are properly communicated to IT solution requirements.
  • Business Solution Development: Work with stakeholders, including solution architects, product owners, and subject matter experts, to document and provide relevant business solutions.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Degree qualification in a relevant area and/or demonstrated experience in supporting business analysis (digital).
  • Project Management: Experience working on multiple projects in agile and waterfall project environments.
  • Research and Analysis: Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly to a range of stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines and balance competing needs.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of CRM systems (experience with Salesforce will be highly regarded).
  • Legislative Knowledge: Ability to assess the impact of legislation on business processes, systems, and operations and apply complex legislation into actionable business requirements.
