Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced, business-minded Occupational Therapist to join Star HR as they commence Clinical Service Provision. Shape and grow Disability Services whilst you head this exciting business division.

  • Exceptional salary to commensurate your valued experience – $140K – $180K Base + Super + Profit Share for the right individual.
  • Manage a team of Clinical Contractors – no Permanent Staff or Juniors
  • Pioneer into Clinical Service Provision – shape and grow this exciting new division alongside another Occupational Therapist, skilled in backend operations.
  • Incredibly supportive leadership team who is eager join you on this journey with encouragement and support. You will be one of two pioneering OTs.
  • Unique opportunity for a business-minded OT who values relationship management and quality service provision.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage this new Service division: Launch into the NDIS | Clinical services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with support coordinators, ensuring seamless communication and effective service delivery.
  • Develop marketing plans and foster business connections
  • Onboard and support clinical contract staff ensuring smooth integration
  • Quality assurance: review and ensure high levels of clinical competency, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Grow teams in areas across NSW.
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and fostering partnerships.
  • Provide one assessment per week to keep you hands-on, without billable pressure.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA Registration
  • Previous NDIS Experience
  • Great Leadership skills and flair for managing relationships
  • Strong understanding of support coordination process
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • High level attention to detail and a love of quality
  • Ability to manage contract OT staff.
