**Introduction**:
**The role**:

- Build and maintain relationships and networks across the Employment Services and NDIS sector, identifying leads, creating brand awareness and opportunity identification.
- Manage Employment services contracts with an ability to travel when required.
- Working with the Senior Leadership team, develop and implement strategies for growth.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, tender and grant opportunities, partnerships, and marketing channels.
- Conduct market research and data analysis.
- Work with the BD team to identify and respond to competitive tenders
- Support the development of future service delivery model design and new business mobilisation.
- Develop business and marketing plans for executive and board review.
- Lead the implementation of new business
- Maintain and promote organisation reputation with government department and stakeholders

**Description**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Commerce or a relevant Field is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and networks, ideally with strong

connections across the not for profit and private sector.
- Demonstrated experience working with Indigenous communities
- Culturally competent and understands Aboriginal Community Protocols and cultural responsibilities
- Experience working as a Business Development Manager with the ability to identify and convert new prospects.
- Experience in or ability to develop business plans/marketing plans and/or tender/grant responses.
- Experience within or strong appreciation of the NDIS and or Employment Service sector
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to undertake a National Police Check
- Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check for NSW
- Willingness to obtain NDIS National Workers Screening Check

**Skills and Experiences**:
**As a bonus, you will have**:

- Experience with user experience design/design thinking methodologies.
- High level of understand of Microsoft suite
