**About this Opportunity**

Reporting to the Manager, People and Culture, this position is responsible for human resource administrative functions including recruitment support, project and system coordination. Responsibilities also include supporting the development and implementation of People and Culture initiatives, assisting with the coordination of training and development (including onboarding, induction and mandatory compliance training), assisting with reporting, and championing our HRIS systems.

This is a hands-on role working collaboratively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders from a range of professional backgrounds.

**About You**

You will possess a good working knowledge of people and culture administration life cycle along with the ability to research, collate and interpret data from a variety of sources in order to prepare reports. You will demonstrate excellent planning, organisational and time management skills, and the ability to work flexibly and autonomously whilst balancing competing priorities and deadlines. A high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic will be key to your success in the role.

This position requires a team player, who is proactive and able to develop relationships with key stakeholders utilising their high level of interpersonal and communication skills.
