We have a new opportunity available to join our head office team based at Burnley, VIC.

As an HR Services Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in providing a range of generalist HR activities to all employees, utilising your SuccessFactors technical skills and professional knowledge across a broad scope of services.

This role champions our HRIS SuccessFactors system, leveraging the platform to continue to educate employees around self-service and appropriate management of their people accountabilities.

This role requires knowledge of legislation, Enterprise Agreement interpretation, HR policies, the importance of appropriate management and reporting of people data, combined with a strong customer centric and service deliver focus.

You will contribute to the success of Opal by:

- Coordinating and managing Opal employee movements and data change workflows in SuccessFactors which includes data entry and validation, letter generation and accurate document management
- Providing 1st level helpdesk support and advice on HR processes, policies and systems and triage as required
- Working with our HR Business Partners to deliver coaching, training and hands on guidance to Supervisors/People Leaders on our HRIS system and associated processes

- Demonstrated experience in a broad HR administration role - experience in a shared services environment would be advantageous
- Ideally some experience working with SuccessFactors
- Proven ability to advise and influence key stakeholders
- Good attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to deal with high volume transactions
- A high level of problem-solving skills and resourcefulness to be able to effectively troubleshoot, analyse and source resolution options.
- An understanding of Australian employment legislations and awards with previous experience in interpreting HR policies and EBAs.
