People2people are excited to announce we are partnering with one of the country’s fastest-growing luxury retailers in the search for a HR Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting the wider HR team in this exciting phase of growth.

This retailer has exclusive access to some of the world’s most luxurious brands and prides themselves on their professionalism and ability to intimately understand their client base to provide exceptional customer service and buying experience across their bricks and mortar and online platforms.

**THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this is a hands-on position, and you will be responsible for all aspects of the HR function including recruitment, HR strategy, performance management, ER and award interpretation. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Coordinate and assist with end-to-end recruitment including developing position descriptions, advertising, screening, interviewing, the offer process and conducting background checks;
- Generate employment contracts, compile new starter packs, coordinate onboarding activities, organise induction schedules including liaison with relevant departments, including Payroll, for new starter set up;
- Coordinate and support day to day HR functions such as probation reviews, performance reviews, salary reviews, learning and development, and performance management;
- Provide support on Health & Safety projects and policies, including WorkCover and return to work;
- Participate in HR projects and support the delivery and implementation of HR initiatives, and programs that are aligned to the organisational strategy;
- Provide process improvement suggestions to current HR functions and participate in HR strategic projects as required; and
- Support the business with HR administration requirements and any other HR related as doc tasks as required.

**ABOUT YOU**:
You will be passionate about the retail space, have a high level of attention to detail and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. You possess a confident manner and be able to work autonomously.

You will have proven experience in the Human Resources space in a corporate or retail environment as well as relevant qualifications within the HR domain.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to adjust communication style to suit various stakeholders across the business and a polished and professional manner is a must, as well as the ability to understand the type of service required by a luxury retailer.
