As we continue to expand, we are in search of a versatile individual to join our team as an Administrative Manager.

**What You'll Do**:

- Prepare and send invoices, manage statements, assist with accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Review incoming quotes, lead the quotes team, track quote progress, and resolve any delays.
- Implement cleanliness and safety protocols, support office staff with various administrative tasks, and perform end-of-month stock takes.
- Greet and assist visitors in our showroom and factory, help customers select samples, and provide excellent service.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular updates, and engage with our community on social media.

**Requirements**:

- Proven background in customer service and administrative roles
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial tasks
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with invoicing software and basic accounting principles.
