**The Role**: Administrative Assistant - Part Time
A great opportunity has become available for **6-9 month Part Time Fixed Term Contract **position to join the ANZ Compounding Operations team based at our **Old Toongabbie** Site reporting to the Compounding Manager. This is a **Part Time**, **Monday to Friday,** **9**:00 **am - **14:00 **pm** position.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Able to work in a small close-knit team - requires great planning, flexibility and accountability
- Professional and effective communication
- Computer skills are essential - Microsoft office, Microsoft Excel, Outl (Note: Will be shown Oracle JDE requirements as necessary).
- High level of attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Filing - able to lift and transfer boxes up to 12kg in weight.
INTERNAL REQUIREMENTS/CHECKLIST
