MAYDAY is excited to join forces with an award-winning telecommunications business to find their next Contact Centre Manager. Our clients take pride in leading the industry with innovative technology and top-notch customer service. They offer a variety of business solutions throughout Australia.
This role will be reporting to the Regional Manager and will be managing an incredibly successful and driven outbound sales team.

The role:
- Manage a team of outbound sales consultants/appointment setters
- Mentor and grow your teams’ strengths and abilities
- Monitor KPIs for QA, sales, productivity and risk awareness
- Assess customer satisfaction and retention levels, and ensure continuous improvement
- Conduct yearly performance appraisals
- CRM data management for lead generation
- Previous experience managing a call centre sales team - preferably telecommunications
- Strong people management skills
- Brings decision-making skills
- Cares for their team whilst being able to drive results
- Has the ability to identify risk
- Is innovative and enjoys new ideas in the workplace
