What does the job look like?

As a Solution Lead in our Digital Freight Network team, you be responsible for guiding the wider team to achieve and deliver their goal of a core product across the organisation. Working with our Architecture, Integration, TMS and Testing Teams you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining innovative solutions that optimize the movement of goods, improve operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional value to our customers. This is a 12 month Max Term contract. Key areas:

- Participating and committing to Safety Standards and Chain Of Responsibility requirements at all times
- Ensuring that the Linfox LIFT Values are part of the operational culture and all decisions and actions
- Lead and account for the end to end DFN solution on projects
- Ensure that enhancements and change requests are in-line with the DFN core solution
- Report to the DFN forum team on options available for solution, in order to receive endorsements for standard solutions
- Accountable for end-to-end solution documentation and ensuring these are maintained up to date
- Key resource on projects for end-to-end knowledge and understanding of the DFN solution to provide support to other project resources
- Analyse and report on trends across our system that will provide further enhancements to the product and its usability.

- An ability to question effectively, think laterally and develop practical solutions
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- A strong work ethic and be able to prioritise high workloads and manage time efficiently
- Experience in IT solution and ecosystem management desired
- Experience in stakeholder management desired
- Experience in the Logistics industry and/or Transport desired
- Experience and exposure to Blue Yonder products desired, but not required
- Tertiary or Diploma Qualification in business, IT or related areas desirable.

You will be required to meet Linfox's employment criteria which will include, but not be limited to, a criminal history check and full medical with a drug and alcohol test.
