What does the job look like?


Join our team at Linfox as a Talent Advisory Lead for Support Services and play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our organisation.

As the Talent Advisory Lead, you will be responsible for partnering with key senior business leaders and heads of departments such as Commercial and Finance, IT, HR, and other head office functions.

This is a new role where you will have the opportunity to lead, coach, and support a team of experienced Talent Advisors, while also being directly involved in recruiting for critical support functions.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Advisors to achieve hiring goals and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies, events, and campaigns to attract top talent and promote the Linfox brand as an employer of choice.
  • Partner with business leaders and People teams to understand their requirements and provide influence and consultation on talent strategies.
  • Create and deliver talent solutions, including strengthening external talent pipelines and designing internal mobility programs to foster career growth within the organisation.
  • Leverage data from various sources to provide insights and market intelligence to the HR business partners and leadership team, enabling informed decisionmaking.
  • Manage internal and external recruiting resources, including workload prioritisation, to optimise efficiency and deliver results.

  • Previous experience and a proven track record in leading a full life cycle talent function, including handson experience in recruiting for various roles.

  • Resultsoriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, driving the team to achieve hiring goals and deliver exceptional talent outcomes.
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build trust and establish strong relationships with seniorlevel executives, management, and stakeholders.
  • Experience in employee branding and marketing campaigns across various channels, utilising creative approaches to attract and engage top talent.
