Hatch is supporting Zembl to find a great Sales Development Representative to join their sales team. Hatch exists to level the playing field for people as they discover a career that’s right for them. We model this in our hiring process for our partners like Zembl.

**About the role at Zembl**

As a Sales Development Representative, your role will be to contact customers that have either used Zembl in the past, or have opted in for a comparison to help reduce the customers energy costs.

You are driven to succeed and have a will to win. You can demonstrate effective communication and influencing skills as part of a telesales process. You can work autonomously to manage your individual outcomes while considering the end-to-end sales process. - We support an all-roles flex approach to working at Zembl (meaning after training you will work from home up to 3 days per week)
- When you’re in the office we have great harbour views, fun-filled events and Friday arvo drinks
- Uncapped commission, daily, weekly, and monthly incentives

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Pipeline Management - Prioritize and maintain pipeline while owning the sales cycle from discovery to close, in order to meet targets and goals

**Strengths**

- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per hour
