Bring your people skills, customer focus and administration skills to a great role working with an inclusive team This is a busy and diverse role that has become available for a NSW Regional Service Coordinator.

The main focus of this role is to provide support to there NSW customers by performing administrative tasks of the service coordination. This sits across all aspects of service coordination, spare parts ordering, invoicing and follow up.

Reporting to the NSW Service Manager & the State Manager this role involves:

- Coordinate all service requirements for NSW customers, State Service Manager and Technicians ensuring all resources are available on agreed dates;
- Manage the SAP (FSM) planning board, booking Service Orders on the system with all the correct details and information.
- Communicate with NSW State Service Manager and Techs to assist with correct prioritisation of tasks;
- Obtain purchase orders from customers and arrange dates according to availability;
- Manage bookings of breakdowns, installations and service visits with external stakeholders.
- To prepare and process SAP orders and transactions in an effective, accurate and timely manner.
- Be the first point of call for Technician Service, Breakdown bookings and customer queries over the phone.
- Liaise with Service Manager and Technicians on scheduling of tasks to ensure jobs are quoted, booked and closed in a timely manner.
- Follow up of Customers or Technicians to ensure jobs are closed and invoiced.
- Follow up with customers to ensure service standards are met;
To be successful within this role you will have a solid understanding and have experience using SAP and experience in coordinating Technicians. You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be able to prioritise, have previous scheduling experience and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
