- Base salary range from $101,947 to $112,849 plus superannuation

**About the Role**

Part of the Department of Enterprise, Industry and Trade cluster, Create NSW focusses specifically on achieving the NSW Government’s priority of fostering excellence in arts, screen and culture in NSW. We work collaboratively with artists and arts workers, the arts and cultural sector and our partners within government to provide a range of support services including management of grants of varying scales to recipient government and non-government organisations; overseeing more than $2.5b in cultural infrastructure projects to create the spaces where arts can flourish; and managing a portfolio of arts and heritage properties predominantly leased to cultural organisations. Recently completed projects include the Walsh Bay Arts Precinct and Sydney Modern.

The Project Coordinator provides support, research and analysis and coordinates activities that support the development and delivery of designated cultural infrastructure projects associated with the Government’s Cultural Infrastructure Plan 2025+.

As Project Coordinator you will:

- Provide a range of project management and support services to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget and within scope
- Manage discrete workstreams within projects, monitoring performance against objectives and managing risks and issues
- Produce a range of project documentation suitable for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders including clients, contractors and consultants
- Coordinate project finances and end to end procurement processes in alignment with probity standards and government requirements

**About You**

To be successful in this role you:

- Can deliver on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment where there may be conflicting interests and views from a range of stakeholders
- Have strong research and analysis abilities which will contribute to informed decision making and accurate recommendations
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills - your will be preparing clear briefs, presentations and accurate reports
- Are confident building positive and productive relationships across myriad stakeholders including clients, other government agencies, contractors and consultants
- Have initiative and the ability to work flexibly across projects and teams and provide guidance to junior team members.
