**Operational Field Support Coordinator**

**This opportunity offers**:

- Attractive annual salary $103,325 - $114,367 p.a. plus 10.5% superannuation
- Location: Sydney Olympic Park (flexible working arrangements considered)

In the role, you will coordinate the development and delivery of various technical programs to enhance the operational capabilities of the NSW RFS, to better protect the community from bushfire and other emergencies. The role will require technical knowledge and experience in at least two specialised operational capabilities overseen by the section:

- Land Rescue
- Helicopter Rescue
- Structural Firefighting
- Remote Area Operations
- Marine Operations
- Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems
- Trail Bike Operations

In addition to the technical knowledge, the role is required to organise and maintain regular and meaningful consultation with stakeholders such as NSW RFS personnel and external agencies. The role will oversee:

- Development and/or review of organisational doctrine
- Development and/or review of training materials
- Delivery of training programmes
- Oversight of equipment and inventory management
