National Accounts Manager Animal Health

This is a hybrid role that can be based on the Australian East Coast (someone based in Sydney or Melbourne).
**What will you do in this (thrilling) role?**
- Achieve sales and expense objectives
- Ensure operating expenses stay within approved budgets
- Develop and implementing KA business plans
- Negotiate customer agreements (trading terms), contracts and promotions
- Visit with customers to build and maintain relationships
- Review using data to build effective customer sales strategies
- Collaborate cross functionally on promotions and product launches
- Maximise product range and visibility, both in-store and online
- Promote the product range using technical information, promotional material and marketing campaigns
- Participate in sales conferences, cycle meetings and training sessions

- Demonstrated experience managing Key Accounts (and if your experience includes working in the FMCG, consumer or animal health space - even better)
- Strategic vision, including the ability to recognise opportunities and gaps
- High level analytical skills - you’ll need to be comfy managing data
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong collaboration skills - you need to be a people person
- $130,000 - $150,000 Salary Package + Bonus
