**Job Description**:
**Location flexible**: Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney

An exciting opportunity for a **Manager - Employee and Industrial Relations** to deliver IR/ER expertise across Toll Group Australia.

Located within the central Human Resources - IR/ER team, you will provide industrial, and employee relations leadership experience to provide proactive, strategic and solutions focused advice and support to executives and leaders.

As **Manager - Employee and Industrial Relations**, you will:

- Provide strategic, tactical, and operational employee and industrial relations advice for Toll Group.
- Manage all aspects of industrial disputes, demonstrated through advocacy and negotiation.
- Provide high-level advisory and support services to senior stakeholders on employee and industrial relations matters including legislative frameworks, policy issues and developments, trends, and emerging issues.
- Provide detailed Award and Enterprise Agreement Interpretation advice.
- Manage complex cases from end-to-end, ensuring relevant legislation is considered and decisions are made in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:
**To ensure your success, you will need to possess**:

- Relevant experience at a senior level, providing advice on workplace, industrial and employee relations matters.
- Experience creating business proposals which address frequently occurring and complex ER, HR and IR issues.
- Understanding of Fair Work Commission cases and ability to de-escalate cases to reduce number of lodged cases.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement.
- Confidence in engaging with leaders across the business to deliver proposals and strategic advice.
- Tertiary qualifications in Law, Human Resource Management, Industrial/Employee Relations, Employment Law or related discipline from a recognised university are highly desirable.
