**Job Description**:
Your goal is to improve Reejig’s opportunity conversion and decrease sales cycles through building and delivering on simple, structured go-to-market plans that help connect product innovation and launches to prospect and customer-facing teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **
Market intelligence** — be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria - or demonstrate the ability to learn for a new market.
- Understand the **competitive landscape** — be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned - or demonstrate the ability to learn for a new market.
- ** Develop a GTM plan** for the products you support in conjunction with our marketing team, product managers and R&D, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.
- Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
- Work with various teams (design, sales) to implement strategies.
- Understand and **support our sales channels; **Translate technical details into benefits for the user. Develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
- Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
- Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements and written works.
- Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)
**Qualifications**:
- 4+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a market-facing role (e.g. delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research)
- Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as **Slack and Salesforce.**:
- Familiar with marketing automation tools such as **Hubspot, Amplitude,** etc.
- Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.
- Excellent people and management skills to collaborate with across cross-functional teams, leadership and third parties.
- Pragmatic Institute Certified or similar preferred.
