**About the role**

Join this Global Financial Services Organisation during a period of extensive growth. This role is key to ensuring that marketing is following all regulatory and compliant policies and processes, and that communications to customers regarding changes are delivered in an efficient, comprehensive and timely manner.

**Key responsibilities**
- Project management of Compliance mailing projects - coordinating stakeholders, managing collateral updates and customer communications.
- Help build out strategic relationships and hold/attend meetings while PMs grow their respective partnerships.
- Provide overflow account support for respective Partner Managers
- Quarterly compliance audits - manage the process to ensure marketing complies with our quarterly audit processes including marketing reviews, system access, etc.
- Work with Global Acquisition Program Governance (GAPG) team to undertake periodic partner Oversight reviews, working with partner, Partner Managers on any required action plans
- Incentive fulfilment files - working with EDA to compile files for customer and colleagues’ incentives.

**What you need to be successful**
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business
- Ability to drive results and innovation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in data analytics and tracking tools such as Adobe Analytics, One.Force would be an advantage
- Project management skills to ensure completion following clear timelines and project steps
- Critical thinking and details orientated with a thirst for knowledge, navigating multiple requests and staying on top of internal regulations
- Solution oriented individual with ability to develop solutions to complex issues
- Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships with strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong communicator, able to influence and convince others to support strategies and tactics.
