Available immediately and keen to jump into your next contract role? Are you an ambitious, experienced office coordinator who loves taking full control and managing projects from start to finish? Do you have prior experience with organising an office move?

If you're looking to hit the ground running in a fab short-term temp role, we want to hear from you

This fantastic SaaS business based in the Sydney CBD is experiencing a huge growth phase, and due to this, it is time for a new, larger, shiny office with all the bells and whistles.

The good news is that the new office is in the same building, so the transition should be quite fluid. However, the team is flat out during this extremely busy period so have asked us to find a commercially-minded administrator who can tackle all tasks related to moving with very little guidance.

Over the length of the contract you'll be working with suppliers, organising deliveries, ticking off lists, shopping for new office accessories, and ensuring that the team can seamlessly relocate without a hitch. Essentially you'll be overseeing every administrative task related to moving, as well as rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty (quite literally) to pack up, move, and unpack boxes for the new space.

Ideally the business would like someone who has previous experience managing an office relocation so that they can hit the ground running. This paired with a can-do attitude and a naturally outgoing personality will be your key to success
