- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and insurance information
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and follow-up
- Process and manage medical paperwork, including insurance claims and referrals

- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical administrative support functions and procedures
- Familiarity with dental office operations is a plus
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of healthcare processes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
