We are recruiting for a service coordinator / scheduler with a proven track record, to join our busy service department and help our team of service technicians to meet our client expectations and meet our SLA's whilst providing the highest quality of service to our customers.

In this position we are looking for someone who has the ability to work well under pressure and enjoys the challenges a busy service department can bring.

**Your job responsibilities**
- Receive, schedule and allocate area service calls to meet response times
- Monitor and manage the area queues efficiently to balance workload, response and distance requirements.
- Follow up order queries and parts deliveries
- Respond to enquiries from technicians
- Process any parts orders from resellers

**About you**
You have a fantastic attitude, professional and you are extremely organised. You have experience as a service coordinator and you are excited about your next challenge You will be a go-getter from day one and want to get the job done successfully and efficiently.
