Our client is Australia’s largest home builder and we are looking for outstanding individuals have passion for delivering quality, service and award winning living solutions for Australian families.

To start you will be primarily working out of the head office location in Mount Waverley. As your training progresses this will swap to a more work from home role with the intention of having two office days a week.

Reporting to the Building Support Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

- Proactively managing customer expectations by ensuring clients are regularly updated of the status of their home during the building process
- Effectively communicating and maintaining the professional link between clients and site personnel to ensure feedback and resolution
- Maintain customer files with relevant contract, variations and other required documentation
- Creating workflow, completing tasks as they arise
- Provide all relevant documentation including compliance certificates to nominated Building Surveyor
- Issuing inspections to site managers upon completion of inspection throughout the build
- Coordinate the installation of gas line/ meter with authority using supplier portal
- Coordinate electricity/gas disconnection with service provider upon settlement
- Ensure all the information kept in the database is correct and up to date (client details)
- Creating and sending settlement packs along with filing house keys
- Completing and managing CPT reports and job files; and
- Maintain and constantly develop thorough knowledge of products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with clients.

- Proven building knowledge to support the Site Managers is highly desirable;
- Experience in a customer focussed role with conflict and problem management focus;
- Proven ability to work in a pivotal customer contact role in a customer focused, time critical working environment;
- Highly organised - ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities;
- Working knowledge of the building and construction process is advantageous;
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proven ability to work in a positive and professional manner in a goal orientated environment;
- Intermediate Microsoft WORD EXCEL and OUTLOOK computer skills; and
- Some experience in using database systems is also an added advantage.
