**About the company**

Our client is the world’s number one cleaning equipment manufacturer, providing superior equipment and services. An exciting time to join this organisation, which is looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to be a key contact in all matters relating to marketing activities.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Brand Manager, this role will liaise with both the Brand Manager and the Product Manager to assist in executing all marketing activities for the Professional & Retail Business Units. A broad position where you can help with TV campaigns, work with the dealers, use your initiative for what marketing campaigns will work best for each client and display your creative flare. A role where you will be able to advance your career and upskill in a lot of different areas.

**Duties**
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans according to specific product ranges and accounts across above-the-line and below-the-line forms of advertising
- Assist in the development of activities, including the management of TV production and talent usage rights
- Manage promotional campaigns, including development, creativity, implementation, execution and analysis
- Coordinate the design, creation and printing of related advertising material as per business needs and place orders for POS material where necessary
- Manage local PR activities and coordinate relevant events
- Develop a social media content calendar and coordinate all social media activity across various platforms
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns through relevant digital platforms
- Assist in the coordination of product launches with the Product team and National Account Managers
- Plan, coordinate and build local expos and trade events
- Coordinate and manage print and digital media schedule, liaising with external publishing houses and marketing agencies as required

**Skills and Experience**
- Self-motivated, confident and a clear communicator
- Problem solver, flexible, able to adapt to new ways of working
- Great organisational skills
- Marketing degree or related Business commerce qualifications advantageous
- Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role
- B2B experience is highly desirable
- Adobe InDesign and Photoshop experience advantageous
