**Position Summary**
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join us as Executive Assistant to the Divisional Director, Perioperative & Specialist Services + Women's & Children’s Services.
The position will be based at Werribee Mercy Hospital with the possibility for some hybrid work arrangements.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
In an exciting opportunity at Mercy Health, the Executive Assistant plays a fundamental role providing high-level administrative support to the Divisional Director and the Clinical Services Director.
This is a Full Time Permanent position located at Werribee Mercy Hospital.
In conjunction with highly developed administration and organisational skills, the Executive Assistant will effectively demonstrate a skillset of:
- Outstanding administration and organisational skills
- Demonstrated experience assisting Executives and senior management to maximise their value to the organisation
- Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated research and report writing skills
- Excellent time management; working under pressure whilst managing various tasks
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant position
- Strong experience with meeting coordination and diary management
- Understanding of complex rostering (desirable)
- Understanding of health care in a public setting (desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills on all levels
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office, Word Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to adapt easily to changed work environments and prioritise
