**About the role**
- Role commencing 14th October with interviews taking place on 26th September
- $31.62 commencement rate + superannuation + penalty rates
- Full Time 37.5 hours per week, rostered over a 7-day working week
- Rotational rosters between 7am-7:15pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am to 5:15pm Saturday and Sunday
- To ensure we set you up for success and give you all the support you need you will be required to be onsite at our Eight Mile Plains office - WFH options can be discussed at 3-6 months.

**Transferable Skills**:If you have experience in Insurance and/or Claims, we would love to hear from you. However, you do not need specific Insurance or Claims related experience for this role. If you have a background in hospitality or retail and aspire to transition into the corporate sector, this role could be your gateway.
**Required skills**: Strong time management, problem solving, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills (including managing emotionally charged situations) are essential for this role.
**Eager learner**: You are enthusiastic about learning, have excellent phone etiquette, and approach challenges with a can-do attitude.
