This organization is a global supplier of mechanical and fluid power solutions for the industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food and beverage and other key sectors.

You will work in conjunction with the sales, manufacturing and operations team and support this business clients base, locally and globally.

**Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include**:

- Liaising with current and new clients
- Provide data sheets, information, and literature on request from customers of the sales team
- Providing pricing and availability including lead times on products
- Keeping workflow and systems updated
- Controlling customer database and maintaining up to date details

This position is responsible for supporting a key area of the business. To be considered for this opportunity, you will be required to be efficient and professional with responses to customer inquiries and to conduct appropriate follow up all the times.
