**The Role**

**As a valued member of the Manpower Specialist Temporary Recruitment team your key responsibilities will include**:
**Sales Management**
- Development of specialised talent pools for the temp business support or customer service market

**Client Management**
- Conduct detailed job briefs, ensure temporary assignments are filled and delivered to budget and to client expectation.
- Ensure contractual obligations and SLAs are met, reporting requirements are fulfilled and support is provided on Quarterly Business reviews with all key clients.

**Your Background**

**In order to be considered for this highly lucrative role you should have**:

- Previous experience running a 360 temp recruitment desk
- Sales and client relationship management experience
- Strong understanding of HSEQ principles
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and take accountability for their actions
- Excellent organizational, time management and problem solving skills
- Good level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional and strong communication skills-written and verbal, for building and maintaining relationships
- Possess specialist industry knowledge & Expertise including award and market knowledge (desired)
