**About Your New Role**

**Your Duties Include**
- Ensuring high levels of customer service through prompt and effective communication and resolving customer disputes.
- Assisting in accurate reporting and administration of dales activities to achieve the business sales plan.
- Developing and delivering business proposals.
- Developing organisational procedures and systems for office personnel which include invoicing, filing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, scheduling and profitability.
- Setting up appointments and meetings.
- HR duties which include leave requests, onboarding new employees and recruitment of new staff.
- Overseeing and producing monthly financial and management reports for the General Manager and Directors.
- Responsibility for company vehicle management, purchasing/sale, toll passes, fuel cards, insurance, registrations, services and repairs.

**Skills and experience**
- Motivated to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Requires a proactive attitude to working in a team environment and a pleasant telephone manner.
- Ability to prepare and present business proposals and contracts.
- Current Drivers License
