Customer Service Officer

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process all customer orders
- Manage EDI process, including ASN, SSCC, invoicing, etc.
- Manage customer enquiries
- Manage Orders and distribution from 3rd party warehouse
- Follow up with transport regarding delivery enquiries
- Liaise with company customers and sales team representatives and ensure clear communication
- Liaise with production regarding customer order requirements
- Maintain customer pricing
- Ensure all sales orders are invoiced
- Manage distributor complaints and feedback
- Create customer credits and match to correct invoices
- Maintain good and professional relationships with customers and distributors
- General admin duties
**OTHER FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure all paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Constructively participate in sales and planning, QA, and other meetings as required
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- Other duties as agreed

**Salary**: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thornbury VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
