Reception and Admin Part-time

**Our valued client is an established and successful boutique, public accounting practice in Subiaco. A long-serving member of staff needs to be replaced in a key part-time Reception and Administration role and be the new face of the business.**
This is a busy and varied role with reception only being a small part of the responsibilities. Someone who is a good team player with plenty of initiative would relish this opportunity. Future progression is available and plenty of professional growth is assured. Training in unfamiliar tasks will be provided but a minimum of 12 months in a similar role in a professional environment would be preferred. Excellent communication skills are essential.
**More details about the role**:
- About 25 hours per week - hopefully, spread over Mon - Fri but some flexibility for the right person
- Street parking and plenty of public transport nearby
- Generous hourly rate depending on your skills and experience. Commence as soon as possible for training and handover.
- Reception duties - visitors to the office and phones
- Management of mail, scanning, registering etc
- Data entry, drafting letters, preparing electronic workpapers, collating documents, filing and word processing duties
- Hospitality for office visitors and management of meeting rooms
