About the role
We are seeking a values-driven and proactive Fundraising Manager, to provide leadership in the development of Generous Culture resoucres, tools and support in collaboration with the Generations and Faith stream.

Reporting to the GM of Ministry Resourcing and Support. This is a Permanent Full-time position. This position can be based anywhere in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, Australia.

You will successfully- Lead the Mission Support Generous Culture Team- Coordinate coaching support to corps leaders on how to build a culture of generosity in their faith community- Equip faith expression leaders to teach and lead in the areas of stewardship, generosity and giving- Coordinate the development of resources that will enable faith expression leaders to implement the local financial discipleship plan- Collaborate with Generations and Faith stream to establish an appropriate inter generational financial discipleship ministry in faith communities- Promote and increase engagement of faith expressions with generous culture

You will have- Experience in financial stewardship and giving programs- Experience in a spiritual leadership or ministry role preferred- Experience in the fields of fundraising, customer relationship management, or data systems management would be beneficial- A current and valid Driver's Licence- Working With Children's Check- Be an active member of a Salvation Army corps or faith community- Willing to participate as a financial supporter of a Salvation Army corps or faith community
