Create impact as a **Workforce Compliance Advisor**

**YOUR ROLE**

Join our newly created Workforce Compliance team, as an Advisor. You will Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of an effective overall HR workforce compliance program for IAG and its subsidiaries, aligned with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies across the following areas:

- Award, Enterprise Agreement and Legislative leave compliance.
- Fair Work Act record keeping obligations; and
- Workforce Management including workforce planning, scheduling, timekeeping, and data management.

Critical to your success you will have proven experience developing and implementing HR programs and policies.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Extensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance best practices
- Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
