**Your new role**

As a business facing Compliance advisor, you will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of compliance management for our Personal Injury teams. The role will be focussed around breaches and incidents with the provision of support, advice, guidance, collaboration and challenge with the business.
- Support the embedment of the incident management framework, providing guidance on the assessment of risk and design of controls to mitigate.
- Provide guidance on the analysis of breach and incident root cause and the identification of trends in relation to compliance incidents.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of accurate and insightful incident management and compliance reporting.
- Maintain an awareness of the internal and external legislative and regulatory environment and how it may impact the business and requirement for compliance advice.
- Provide advice and support to the business to assist with understanding statutory and policy obligations.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline e.g. Commerce, Law, Accounting or similar
- Experience in dealing with risk and compliance breaches and incidents and providing guidance to the business on decisions and give advice and direction
- Highly developed analytical skills, capable of identifying trends and patterns and converting risk and incident data into meaningful and actionable management information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with impact and influence at all levels
- The ability to work autonomously and manage conflicting requests and deadlines
