What you’ll contribute to
The Graduate
- Franchise Development is primarily responsible for supporting Toyota Sales & Marketing initiatives in accordance with relevant standards and regulations. This role has active involvement in reporting, analysis, and Dealer support.
The role is part of the Regions, which are responsible for planning, coordination and execution of vehicle sales, fleet, after sales, marketing, Dealer relationships and local franchise development activities to improve the Dealer network and achieve Customer satisfaction, vehicle and parts & service sales, market share and profitability objectives.
This is a Max Term role until March 2026 and is a based at Adelaide Airport
How you’ll make an impact- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of agreed business processes and procedures for the Franchise Development, CRO team. To Ensure any changes to processes and procedures are accurately documented and communicated.- Dealership reward and recognition programmes: Maintaining Dealer engagement, participation and supporting the appeals process.- Dealer Agreements: Ensuring renewals are signed and returned and support the performance management of Dealers through our ‘flagging’ process.- Dealership performance programs: Maintain compliance using set guidelines and working with the Dealerships.- Assist with analysis on Dealership revenue opportunities, support with their financial reporting and with regional reporting.
