As a Franchise Development Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in their growth strategy by identifying potential franchisees and supporting them through the franchising process.

**About the role**:
As a Franchise Development Consultant, you will identify and cultivate relationships with individuals and groups interested in becoming franchisees. You will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure the seamless onboarding and training of new franchisees and provide ongoing support to ensure their success. Your keen insights into the local market and exceptional communication and negotiation skills will contribute to our brand's continued expansion and success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and target potential franchisees through market research and networking.
- Conduct initial assessments of prospective franchisees to ensure alignment with our brand values and business goals.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to enhance their business performance and uphold brand standards.
- Monitor and evaluate franchisee performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in franchise development, sales, or related roles within the fast food or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of franchise operations, contract negotiations, and business development.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish productive relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for franchisee meetings and industry events.
