**Company Overview**
A leading supplier of medical equipment and consumables for the healthcare industry is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Endoscopy Capital team in VIC West.
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers. You will be selling a range of high-quality endoscopy suite capital equipment to hospitals across VIC West. This role will not require any theatre clinical support but instead requires supporting multiple hospital stakeholders including NUMs, Architects, Engineers, C-Suite etc.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Achieve sales targets and growth objectives in the endoscopy capital market
- Project management for product installations
- Deliver product presentations to healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
- Provide expert advice and support to customers on the use and benefits of the product portfolio
**Requirements**:
- Previous sales experience preferably in the healthcare industry; i.e pharmaceuticals or previous experience as a hospital clinician
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders
