About the Role

**Calendar Management**:
Set calendar reminders for important dates and deliverables;
**PO Box Management (Sydney CBD)**:
Efficiently handle and organise the PO Box located in Sydney CBD;
**Filing**:
Securely store physical invoices, documents, and contracts in the project files at the office once they have been paid;
Save electronic reports onto the SharePoint project files;
**Insurance Register**:
Regularly monitor and update the insurance register;
**MD Communication**:
**Research and Real Estate Contact**:
Conduct research for new projects or sites;
Contact real estate agents to gather information;
**Consultant Coordination**:
Follow up with consultants to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables;
Provide feedback to consultants as instructed by the MD;
**Accountant Collaboration**:
Communicate with accountants to obtain financial reports;
Schedule meetings with accountants to discuss reconciliations or outstanding documentation;
**Invoice Schedule Management**:
Maintain a schedule of invoice issuance dates for property tenants;
**Payment Tracking**:
Monitor payments in the bank account and follow up if payments are not received on time;
**Escalation to MD**:
Report any issues or concerns regarding accounts receivable to the MD;
**Invoice Logging**:
**Fortnightly Meeting with MD**:
Conduct a meeting with the MD every fortnight to determine which invoices should be paid;
**Payment Processing**:
Process payments through the designated bank account.
