**The Role**

The Fellowship Relations team’s main objective is to foster positive relationships between the College and the Fellowship, working closely with key committees and relevant stakeholders in order to support the strategic objectives of the committees, Member Services and the College.

The Executive Officer is responsible for providing administrative, secretariat and project support. Tasks include but are not limited to:

- Administrative support including but not limited to:

- organise and support teleconferences and face to face meetings
- organising travel & accommodation;
- production of meeting agendas and papers
- minute taking
- Correspondence, including drafting of routine correspondence
- Assist with the management of projects under the direction of the Senior Executive Officer
- Support the Fellowship Relations Unit to ensure the best possible level of service delivery is achieved for all stakeholders

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
To be successful in the role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Highly organised and able to multi-task
- Experienced in secretarial and administration support
- High standard of business writing skills
- Experience working on projects, and an understanding of project management methodology
- Customer service & stakeholder management experience
- Experience in planning and delivering a range of administrative services to clients
- Analysing and proposing improvements to processes
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills gained through dealing with high level stakeholders
- Technologically savvy - able to learn new databases & systems
- Project experience
