**Where you will be based**

Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, is a major metropolitan tertiary referral hospital and a principal provider of specialist healthcare. It is one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history of serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities.

**About the role**

This role is responsible for the management of Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Telephone Services Department and the oversight of approximately 17 staff who provide a 24/7 service.

**We are looking for someone who***
- Possesses skills to work under pressure in a demanding service whilst maintaining customer focused support and provide high quality service within budgetary constraints.
- Is able to create and manage rosters in the HealthRoster system.
- Possesses proficient computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets and purpose specific database systems.
- Has experience in Human Resource management.

**About working for SLHD**

**All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA).
