This position has high learning potential and requires a license and access to a car. This is the **perfect opportunity for those looking for an entry into the real estate industry** and those with future EA ambitions.
**Duties**:
- Managing the **reception** and front-of-house
- Relationship building with new and existing clients
- General office management
- Providing administration assistance to the team as required
- Sales Processing **Administration** duties
- Working alongside the director assisting with all **personal assistant duties**
**Requirements**:
- A keen attention to detail & hands-on approach
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for Real Estate essential
- Cert IV in Real Estate, desirable
- Drivers License and reliable car required
